Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and faith-integrated care for individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, scrupulosity, perfectionism, grief, and life transitions. She strives to honor the unique story of every individual she meets, while creating a therapeutic environment where honesty, courage, and confidence can flourish.

She holds a Master’s in Counseling from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!). In addition to her professional license, Kelsey is a certified Biblical Counselor through the Association of Biblical Counselors.

In her counseling journey, Kelsey has specifically pursued advanced education and training in the treatment of OCD and anxiety-related disorders. This includes the completion of the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), with a specialized focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She has also trained and continues to receive ongoing consultation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); by regularly participating in professional associations and academic cohorts, Kelsey aims to ensure that her clinical work remains current, effective, and grounded in best practices.

Outside of the counseling room, Kelsey has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2011, and they have three wonderful kids. She loves watching sports, eating delicious food, listening to music, walking through art museums, reading novels or memoirs, and being outside.

If you’re considering counseling, Kelsey would be honored to hear your story and walk with you through this chapter.
