This may be your first time to make a counseling appointment, your first time to see a biblical counselor, or simply your first appointment at Restore Christian Counseling. Regardless, we understand that you might have some questions. Hopefully, we will be able to answer them here.
What are appointments like?
If you are new to Restore Christian Counseling, your first appointment will be an intake assessment. During that session, your counselor will gather some information about your history, current struggles or issue, and your hopes and goals for counseling. Following this initial assessment, all appointments are 50 minutes in length and will be scheduled according to your needs and your counselor's availability.
Where are your offices?
We have two locations, one near the heart of downtown Frisco, and the other right off of US-75 in the Chase Bank Tower in Richardson. All of our counselors are also available for video appointments.

Do you take insurance?
Our licensed counselors are out-of-network providers with most major insurance companies. If you are planning to submit our services to your insurance company, you may want to contact them and discuss your “out of network” benefits. At Restore Christian Counseling, you will pay for services at the time of your appointment. We will provide you with a bill containing all pertinent codes so that you may submit it to your insurance provider in case you are eligible for full or partial reimbursement.
